Writing Rules

Writing Rules

  • The journal is an international refereed journal and published twice a year. Researches in the field of Biology and Environmental Sciences are included in the journal.
  • The works to be published in the journal must not be published in any scientific journal before. Only the non-copyrighted scientific congress / symposium / conference etc. Papers presented in the activities can be submitted with the condition that they are stated.
  • The language of the journal is English and Turkish.
  • The title of the article is written in capital letters, bold, 12 point, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, centered, paragraphs before and after 6 nk space.
  • Under the title, the author's name (s) is written with the first letter of each word, 10 pt, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, centered, paragraphs before and after 6 pt space.
  • The names of ve university, faculty, department, country, are written in 10 pt, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, centered, paragraphs are written with 6 pt before and after the names of the author (s).
  • Abstract and Abstract section, 10 pt, Times New Roman, single line spacing, between 150-200 words on the right side, should provide information about the purpose, method and results of the research.
  • The English title of the article is written before the abstract section in capital letters, bold, 12 pt, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, centered, paragraphs before and after 6 nk space.
  • The Summary and Abstract section should not exceed the first page. The second page starts with the Introduction section. The entire article should not exceed 25 pages.
  • The first level titles of the manuscript, such as Introduction, Method, Findings, Conclusion and Discussion, are written in capital letters, bold, 12 point, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, left justified, paragraphs before and after 6 nk space.
  • For the second level sub-headings of the article, the first letter of each word is written with big, bold, 10 point, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, left justified, paragraphs before and after 6 nk space.
  • For the third level subheading, the first letter of each word is written in big, bold, italic, 10 font size, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, left justified, paragraphs before and after 6 nk space. Two points are set before the beginning of the paragraph.
  • The text is written with 10 pt, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, justified, without paragraph indentation, with paragraphs before and after paragraphs.
  • In-text source impressions, APA 6 style is used.
  • Table / Shape name is written in 10 pt, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, justified, paragraphs without paragraphs, paragraphs before and after 6 pt.
  • Tables 10 pt, Times New Roman, single line spacing, text centered, before and after the paragraphs are written with 0 nk space. The table is arranged by fitting it to the page frame.
  • The numerical data contained in the table must be the same as the right digit and the number of decimal places. The row / column headings in the table should be as short and concise as possible. The components that make up a table are table title, table number, rows, columns, and table if necessary.

The references section is written in 10 pt, Times New Roman, single line spacing, justified, paragraphs hanging (1.25) indented, paragraphs before and after 6 nk space. APA 6 style is used in source representations.
